After Hosting the Exhibition RED for 14 years we are making 2026 our last, hope you join us for this Finale Show. Thank You to all that have participated in previous shows they have been wonderful.
Fee
Submission of 1-3 $35 > 3 $5 for each piece:
To meet gallery requirements:
Ready-to-hang with secure wiring that does not stretch [eventually appearing above the work]. Hanging apparatus attached that supports the weight of the piece.
1”– 2” stretcher frames are acceptable; edges should be cleaned, painted or finished in some manner. If not framed saw hook hanging is not acceptable. ½“canvases will not be accepted unless framed. If artwork includes multiple pieces, submit a diagram for hanging [including desired dimensions for spacing]
Work not in compliance with requirements will not be hung
TIMELINE:
Submissions Due: Sunday January 18th, 2026, Midnight
Acceptance: Tuesday January 20th 2026
Drop Off: Monday February 2nd 2026 3-5pm
Reception Opening: Friday February 13th 7-9pm 2026
Open for Viewing: February 20th 7-9pm, February 27th 7-9pm
Pick Up: Monday March 2nd, 2026 3-5pm

Conditions of Consignment for any art submitted on this form::
thegallery8680 acts as agent for exhibition and sales. thegallery8680 may photograph art & artist for purposes of publicity & promotion. thegallery8680 is not liable for any loss, damage or theft as a result of any actions by persons unrelated to the gallery.
Packing, insurance & transport to and from the gallery is the responsibility of the artist. The artist receives 70% & thegallery8680 receives 30% of final sale (including negotiated) price.
Work not accepted or sold must picked up by the pick-up date noted above, a storage fee of $10 will incur.
All art not picked up within thirty days of the pick-up date noted above, will become the property of thegallery8680.
Sales proceeds will be paid out no later than 2 weeks after end of show.
